THE BEER AND THE HISTORY SEMI-PRIVATE EXPERIENCE

This is a brewery tour combined with a beer tasting experience.

The guided tour is performed by our expert guides who take you around the facilities letting you take photos whilst explaining about the different kind of machinery that you can see from our taproom inside the production area as well as about how our beers are produced. During the beer tasting our beer expert offers information regarding the profile of each beer accompanied by a luxurious platter with selected bites. Inclusions and snack served: the visit, mineral water, beer tastings of 6 craft beers of 200mls each,  

- Bruschetta with basil pesto, Manouri cream cheese, prosciutto and chives

- Multi-grain toasted bread with sour cream, salmon, dill and sesame

- Sausage with homemade hummus and cherry tomatoes confit

- Bruschetta with sun-dried tomato cream, olive, pastrami and chervil

- Chicken, mustard cream with curry, guacamole, coriander and jalapeno peppers

- Chocolate brownies, with salty strawberry.
