This is a brewery tour with a beer tasting experience.
The guided tour is performed by our expert guides who take you around the facilities letting you take photos whilst explaining about the different kind of machinery that you can see from our taproom inside the production area as well as about how our beers are produced. During the beer tasting our beer expert offers information regarding the quality specifications and the ingredients of each beer accompanied by a luxurious platter with selected bites. Inclusions and snack served: the visit, mineral water, beer tastings of 6 craft beers of 200mls each, potato salad with fresh herbs, braised veal with apricot/truffle jam, aromatic tuile scented with spearmint and caper pesto, bruscheta with tsalafouti cheese and herb pesto, deconstructed spinach/cheese pie and brownies.
