This is a beer tasting experience during which our beer expert offers you information regarding the quality specifications and the ingredients of each beer served accompanied by a luxurious platter with selected bites. Inclusions and snack served: the visit, mineral water, beer tastings of 6 craft beers of 200mls each, potato salad with fresh herbs, braised veal with apricot/truffle jam, aromatic tuile scented with spearmint and caper pesto, bruscheta with tsalafouti cheese and herb pesto, deconstructed spinach/cheese pie and brownies.
